We are looking for an energetic news lover to run our weekend assignment desk and serve as associate producer to help write, produce and possibly even report for our 9 p.m. newscast. This job involves a good deal of news writing, but also includes such duties as developing news contacts, generating news stories, editing, web/social media posting and filling in as producer when needed.   At least two years of TV newsroom experience preferred.

Qualified candidate must have a wide range of experience in television production, including working knowledge of studio camera, studio lighting, floor directing, video tape machines, and master control operations.  Experience on Wheatstone audio board and Robotic cameras preferred.  Applicants must have 3-6 months of production experience and have a team-player attitude.  A College degree in Communication or related field helpful, but not required.
