We are seeking a high-energy, positive, smart, and fun individual for the Management Training Program. The candidate will provide client management and support with the goal of creating new accounts, managing accounts, and eventually training new candidates. The primary job responsibility is to approach their network of merchants and offer to help them reduce their credit card processing expenses.

Qualifications:

*Great organization skills
*Excel/PC skills
*Genuine interest in learning about your merchants’ business needs and desire to help improve their business
*Prior sales experience preferred but not required; bilingual (Spanish) a plus

Primary Responsibilities:
*Solicit existing business associates to provide them with merchant card services.
*Understand each merchant’s needs and match those needs with intelligent payments solutions.
*Educate merchants on credit card industry pricing, practices and programs
*Reduce merchants’ credit card processing expenses
*Offer merchants payments services such as gift cards, check services, and loyalty programs
*Refer friends and classmates to Revo for employment opportunities

Compensation: Revo Consultants are paid residual monthly income. This means that you will earn sales fees every month that your merchants continue to do business with Revo.

We will train. The workplace is casual and rewarding.
