The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for transitioning customer interests into qualified leads for large and small companies. BDRs are the first line of contact in the pre-sales process and must be able to engage prospects quickly and ask qualifying questions. We have high expectations in a fun work environment. Responsibilities:- Conduct high volume of outbound calls- Filter marketing automation email responses and qualify/unqualify responses- Organize and drive marketing campaigns and events- Lead Generation- Identify key buying influencers/decision makers- Work with customers to help scope their technical challenges- Involve appropriate Distillery management in sales opportunities- Preparing and managing sales pipeline to be delivered on a weekly basis- Meet and exceed daily call quota, lead qualification targets, and conversion rate metrics - Meet and exceed monthly goals and revenue quota- Participate in sales training Required Skills:- Highly outgoing personality, sales and professional business acumen- Strong competitive drive and tenacity- Ability to be coachable- Goal driven should have strong desire to exceed expectations.- Proficient in CRM Software (Salesforce.com)- Time management- Highly organized- Sales experience is a plus- Bachelor's Degree
