Direct Resource Solutions is currently seeking a talented sales professional to join our staffing team. As a Staffing Account Executive, your business development skills will contribute to our continuing growth in the staffing industry. In this position, you will be tasked with developing and maintaining selling relationships across a variety of client accounts in various industries.
Direct Resource Solutions is a full service staffing firm serving customers throughout the United States. We specialize in temporary, temp to hire, and direct hire placements for light industrial, clerical, technical, and transportation. Our seasoned team of staffing professionals will provide you with the support that you need to grow your client base.
An ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, demonstrated business development experience, and a consistently strong work ethic. Their expertise and motivation will enable them to develop lasting business relationships with their clients while reaping the rewards of their efforts.
The Account Executive will be responsible for expanding and maintaining our client base in the Commerce, Vernon, Montebello, and Los Angeles areas by ensuring excellent service and providing appropriate staffing solutions. The Account Executive may develop customized proposals, service designs, and implementation plans. The Account Executive will contribute to the branch’s sales and profit goals by individually driving recruitment, placement and sales results.
Job Description for Staffing Account Executive Include:
•Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan to establish working relationships with low risk business.
•Evaluate and determine client needs and a plan of action to offer staffing solutions.
•Meet with decision makers to provide customized information for proposal generation and close business transactions.
•Perform weekly marketing calls and set weekly appointments.
•Tour client facilities to observe operations and ensure a safe working environment for our associates.
•Energetic, self-manager who can lead and achieve sales goals.
•Set and negotiate pay and bill rates.
•Establish a daily and weekly business development schedule to reach individual gross margin dollar objectives.
•Work directly with Area Manager to establish individual activity and result expectations.
•Cross-sell services for all divisions of Direct Resource Solutions.
•Obtain defined job orders with detailed job descriptions and coordinate placements with branch staff.
•Provide consultative suggestions to help manage clients' staffing needs

Requirements for Staffing Account Executive include:
•Proven track record in sales and demonstrated business development experience
•Demonstrate a consistently strong work ethic.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships and appropriate rapport with all levels within client organizations, candidates, internal colleagues and management.
•Familiarity with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the staffing industry.
•Able to effectively prioritize tasks to meet individual and business goals.
•Ability to make sound business decisions in a fast-paced environment.
•Possess strong negotiation skills.
•Minimum of 2 years business to business sales experience
•Proven track record is required.
•Minimum 2 years staffing experience is preferred
