Position Responsibilities:Research and call upon medical doctor’s offices, group practices and other healthcare facilities (within your region or state) that service patients needing specialty medications.Convert leads to Company accounts by actively listening to potential client needs, while effectively communicating the Company’s services and bringing in new patient referrals.Build and maintain new accounts, as well as create long-lasting client relationships using stellar customer service.Actively research and gain a basic understanding of disease-state specific medications, in order to focus on strategic targets and be able to relate to the needs of potential clients.Must exhibit excellent skills in the following areas: verbal/written communication, computer/data entry/software proficiency, interpersonal and relationship- building skills, self-discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality. Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Associates Degree, preferred. HS Diploma/GED, or past healthcare experience, required. (Those without a degree must possess outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.)1-3 years’ excellent customer service and/or sales experience, required.Experience with account management, a plus.Must be a team player willing to accept and promote organizational goals and function with minimal supervision. Compensation and Benefits:Entry level base salary plus commission.Compensation becomes commission only, once the commission earned meets or exceeds the base salary amount.Potential to earn a six-figure income.Uncapped and competitive commission, plus other strategic incentives.Freedom to be your own boss, but with the support of a corporate sales team.Full-time employees are eligible for benefits.
