Perform outbound cold calling to generate sales
Respond to incoming email and phone enquiries
Build a steady pipeline of business contacts and prospects
Coordinate with lead management specialists, sales executives and supervisors to determine which market segments prove to be the most successful
Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations
Represent the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
Evaluate and validate the lead and appointment generation process
Record sales and order information and enter the data into SalesForce.com
Interact directly with the Leads Management Specialists, Sales Development Executives, Country Supervisors, and the Head of Sales International
College graduate with minimum 2-3 years experience in sales, preferably B2B
Creative, and capable of presenting and articulating product features and benefits
Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills
Experienced in inbound and outbound calling
Highly proficient in MS Office
Experience with SEO/PPC is a plus
