Our ATMTrader division is essentially the face of NationalLink as you will be assisting customers with new and existing orders – in person, on the phone, and via email. If you’re an individual that loves to help and solve customer issues, we want to hear from youResponsibilities:· Process orders in a fast-paced environment· Communicate with customer via phone, email, and in person· Assist customers with their orders and may require lifting up to 15lbs· Respond to email inquiries in a timely manner· Help customers navigate our website and place orders online· Work with multiple departments to accomplish a sales order as needed· Work with customers to resolve product returns, order status, and other inquires· Understand the inner workings of an ATM Machine Skills/Minimum Requirements:· High School Diploma, some college preferred· A minimum of 1 year of work experience as a sales rep or customer service oriented job preferred· Working knowledge of Outlook, CRM, and Great Plains (GP) a plus.
