At least one year of experience must be with an independent agency.Experience quoting commercial insurance with multiple carriers.Comfortable with deadlines.Must be able to pay close attention to detailSuccessful problem solver.Ability to interact with agency clients in a friendly and professional manner.Experience with Applied Systems (TAM) is a plus. Duties include:Processing new and renewal business, audits, endorsements, certificates of insurance, assisting marketing manager, etc.Providing concierge level customer service.Interacting with underwriters and agency producers.
