I am a qualified chef/cook of many years, (straight man) seeking a room preferably in a professional home, non-smoking, non-drug use history and absolutely no criminal background. Please be the same.

I am relocating to Los Angeles, but I have to go back and forth from here to Texas, so I need a room in a nice home for when I'm in L.A. and in exchange I can do cooking. Areas preferred: 90078 / 90209 / 90210 / 90073. I'm a U.S. Military Veteran also.

My offer is meal preparation in exchange for a furnished room in
a nice home or nice apartment in a nice area.

You're getting a top-notched individual for culinary delight, and I would
like to have a decent room in exchange. I will be happy to also pay for the groceries.
