Prominent, well established staffing firm specializing in Property Management is currently seeking skilled candidates for LEASING CONSULTANT roles at various A+ communities. We offer temporary, temporary-to-hire and direct hire placement for qualified individuals. We staff and service a vast array of property management companies throughout Los Angeles and Ventura County.
Experience welcome but not necessary...just the motivation, reliability and drive necessary to apply your sales and customer service skills in a new trade. We will provide you with the rest of the training and knowledge necessary to excel! Qualified candidates must possess a dynamic personality with the ability to interact and connect with all different personalities. Extraordinary communication skills coupled with a confident approach is critical to this role. A can-do spirit with proven reliability is required. Successful candidates may have previous backgrounds in: real estate, banking, customer service, management, retail, restaurant, hotel, reception, administrative and sales.

Professional appearance

Reliable means of transportation

Proven ability to be prompt and on time every day

Outgoing, self-motivated, and highly RELIABLE a must

Ability to solve problems and work with minimal supervision, when necessary

Bilingual is a PLUS

Yardi and Pop Card knowledge is a PLUS

Required to pass a comprehensive criminal background check

Must be willing to submit to and pass a comprehensive drug/toxicology screening test
