We are currently seeking a Full-Time Receptionist to join our beautiful Beverly Hills/West Hollywood office. We are a small-medium sized company and as such are looking for someone who doubles up as a transaction coordinator. Please only apply if you have experience as a Realtor or as a TC. Experience in any of the following would also be a plus: social media marketer / office organizer / recruiter / graphic design.Someone that has TC or recruiting experience has the opportunity to earn in addition to the salary. Other functions include phone handling, front office basic maintenance (keeping the conference room, reception and kitchenette tidy), and general office duties as assigned. High School Diploma required.Skills requiredKnowledge of real estate - transaction coordination experience is required to perform TC workMust be a customer service focused professional who is pro-active, self-motivated and organized with a positive and friendly attitude and well presented.Excellent oral and written communication skillsExcellent telephone etiquette with patience and compassion when communicating with callersExperience with Microsoft Office (Excel & Word) and professional E-mail requiredBasic graphic design is a big plusSocial media skills (hootsuite, facebook, instagram, linkedin) is a plusRecruiting and networking experience is a plus but not essential - we are looking to grow over the next 12 monthsCommitment to teamworkThis position is Monday through Friday 9am-5:30pm. Ability to be punctual is a high priority. Underground parking provided.
