  • We are a boutique commercial real estate firm seeking an experienced administrative assistant who is energetic, organized, motivated, self-starter and is seeking long-term employment.Job Description:Job Title: Administrative AssistantSupervisor: Managing PartnerCompensation: Submit minimum desired salarySchedule: 9am – 5.30pm M-FLocation: Down Town Los AngelesQualification:Education: Associate degree or higher.(Finance or Accounting or Economic degree is a plus.)Experience: Minimum 1 year in Commercial Property Management field orgeneral real estate field experience is a plus.Computer Skills: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Office, Internet,Must be able to efficiently multi task, solve problems, work well under pressure and learn quickly. Candidate must pose excellent verbal and written communication skills. Basic administrative responsibilities will also include scanning, filing, photocopying, and managing incoming and outgoing mail.
