Supervisor organizes the provision of Clinical Patient Care Services, in accordance with Federal, State, Agency, and various programmatic and regulatory requirements. The R.N. Supervisor also serves as an integral member of the interdisciplinary care team providing services to clients receiving care at NEVHC health Centers, and is responsible for direct observation and interpretation of data to formulate a nursing diagnosis through observation of the client’s physical condition and behavior and through interpretation of information obtained from the client and others, including the health care team.Qualifications:· Current California Registered Nurse license to practice.· 5 years clinical experience as a Registered Nurse, with a minimum of one year of experience in the clinical area assigned.· Experiences must have been as a Registered Nurse within a United States Licensing Jurisdiction.· Must have experience as a RN Supervisor for a large ambulatory care health center.· Current Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification, in compliance with American Health Association.· Bilingual English/Spanish required· Dependable and reliable vehicle available· Current CA Driver’s License and valid vehicle liability insurance
