WellPsyche Medical Group, Inc. is an outpatient mental health organization providing services to children, adolescents, and adults with mild to moderate challenges. Our upscale offices provide a warm and sophisticated setting for our patients. Each office is equipped with a state of the art advances Telemedicine so that our providers can provide services to our patients, without our patients leaving the comfort of their home.We are currently looking for an experienced credentialing specialist. Who will be responsible for all aspects of the credentialing, re-credentialing and privileging processes for all medical providers who provide patient care at WellPsyche Medical Group, Inc. Responsible for ensuring providers are credentialed with health plans. Maintain up-to-date data for each provider in credentialing databases and online systems; ensure timely renewal of licenses and certifications.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Complete provider credentialing and re-credentialing applications; monitor applications and follows-up as needed.Maintain copies of current state licenses, DEA certificates, malpractice coverage and any other required credentialing documents for all providers.Maintain corporate provider contract files.Maintain knowledge of current health plan and agency requirements for credentialing providers.Set up and maintain provider information in online credentialing databases and system.Track license and certification expiration for all providers to ensure timely renewals.Ensure practice addresses are current with health plans, agencies and other entities.Track license, DEA and professional liability expiration for appointed providers.Maintain information in credentialing database.Audit health plan directories for current and accurate provider information.Maintain confidentiality of provider information.Provide credentialing and privileging verification.Perform other duties as assigned.Firm understanding CAQHSkills:· Knowledge and understanding of the credentialing process.· The ability to organize and prioritize work and manage multiple priorities.· Excellent verbal and written communication skills including, letters, memos and emails.· Excellent attention to detail.· Ability to research and analyze data.· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.· Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with providers, management, staff, and contacts outside the organization.· Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access) and internet resources.Qualifications and Education:At least 2 years of credentialing experience within an outpatient setting. Associates degree in healthcare administration or business administration. Preferred Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) designation.All Applicants must include a cover letter with salary history with resume.
