We’re looking for a SEM & Acquisition Manager to join our team.We are looking for: An experienced professional who can follow our existing processes while improving upon them, with an ability to effectively turn reporting and analysis into insights and strategies. Planning and organization skills are required to handle the various experiments and follow-up on them on a daily/weekly basis in order to maximize ROAS.Someone that understands the statistical underpinnings of A/B and multivariate tests and can confidently design, deploy and report on these tests using our tools (which are constantly improving).Our ideal candidate has strong project management and leadership skills, and is able to manage, train and inspire a high performing paid search team while meeting and exceeding both team and personal KPIs.If you have an analytical, problem-solving mind and you’re not afraid to use it. If you have any experience managing and optimizing acquisition campaigns and/or buying media across display, social media and native advertising channels, that’s a big plus.ResponsibilitiesHands-on operational management of SEM efforts on Google Adwords, BingAds, Yahoo! Gemini.Development and execution of an ongoing digital acquisition strategy, including monthly projection of acquisition metrics such as volumes, costs, ROAS and LTV.Management and delegation of responsibilities to existing team, as well as hiring new members per growth needsCreative asset management through collaboration with our designers & front-end developers to increase optimization speed via A/B-testing cyclesExplore and grow new search & display products via the test, optimize and scale strategyRegular analytics & reporting of acquisition metrics and statistical testsKeep up with the latest advances in search advertising platforms and technologiesRequirements· 4-8 years hands-on experience growing, optimizing, managing, monitoring & reporting on paid search campaigns for direct response / performance marketing (large budgets).· Demonstrable organizational skills with leadership experience· Ability to analyze data quickly to determine priorities and create an effective work plan· Knowledge of advanced analytics such as multiple user touch-points and conversion attribution models - advantage· BSc/BA in a quantitative field – advantage· Advanced experience with Google Display Network – advantage· Experience with native advertising and social media advertising - advantage
