About the team: You’ll be joining and soon after leading a team of data-loving digital media buyers, who vary in skill level and expertise. Our team uses ad technologies & data tracking that allow us to grow our customer base rapidly while delivering healthy ROAS.Key Responsibilities (Objectives & Key Results):Manage search campaigns on Google AdWords, BingAds and Yahoo! GeminiAnalyze results and maximize ROAS per our optimization processCultivate fresh ideas and discover new opportunities based on data analysis and trends in the digital marketing spaceReview completed and running campaigns on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis and discuss ongoing efforts with senior staffCollaborate with colleagues in other departments such as social, creative, data and tech to ensure smooth, consistent and effective campaigns· Keep up with the latest advances in search advertising platforms and technologiesMinimum Qualifications:· 2-6 years hands-on experience growing, optimizing, managing, monitoring & reporting on paid search campaigns for direct response / performance marketing (large budgets).Excellent grasp of data analyticsBasic understanding of paid search platforms terminology and processes - advanced knowledge is a plusProficiency in ExcelDetail-oriented with excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skillsAbility to identify, communicate, solve and follow up on issues that arise on a daily and weekly basisAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamBSc/BA in a quantitative field - advantage
