We are looking for a creative but data-driven Email Marketer to help manage our email marketing campaigns. This is an in-house position. You must be well-versed in writing sales copy that converts. This role will drive email subscriber engagement/conversions through email design, layout and content.No resumes will be considered without writing samples. You have a much higher chance of being called in for an interview if your samples include examples of email campaigns you’ve worked on. You will be directly responsible for:Working with our senior email manager to strategize, write and code email campaigns including broadcasts, sales, giveaways, ARs, ACs, winback campaignsA/B testing, open rates, click-through and conversion ratesReading data to determine new ways to improve the above metricsWorking with a few different EMSsThe layout, look and design of the email (we have graphic designers but you will be giving them creative vision)Writing titles, content and CTAs that convertsWorking with all marketing departments to utilize all contentMaking sure quality emails go out every single time by testing links, editing tight copy and checking grammarTrack and analyze daily, weekly and monthly Email KPI’s and report recommendations and summaries to executive teamKeep up to date with current email laws, best practices and standards Qualities you possess:At least 1-3 year of email marketer specific experienceExtreme attention to detail and organizationStrong written and editing skills (specifically in sales writing)Great understanding of core e-commerce and EMS, KPIs, data reading, A/B testing and analyticsA team player without an ego - edits are about stronger conversions, not your skill levelBasic understanding of HTML and designPhotoshop experience a plus
