New York media companies young women editorial magazine seek interns for marketing and public relations in Los Angeles
Must be available to work 15 hours a week. We seek college level interns.
In Marketing, the intern will help our Advertising and Marketing Coordinator in marketing projects and support our marketing department and get more leads. General responsibilities include administrative duties to support the Marketing Director, Marketing Manager(s) and Assistant Manager(s) with workflow.
Job entails:
• Work directly with Marketing Manger and Team
· Keep marketing common folders updated and user-friendly for external departments
· Maintain competitive advertising binder and pricing studies
In Public Relations, the intern will help the our team develop PR pieces on our company and our publication to get them in front of media outlets in an effort to get some more publicity.
• Will coordinator Public Relation projects.
•Support our editorial department by working with other PR firms on collaborations.
•General responsibilities include writing Press Releases and working with our Junior Editor to devise ways of getting more PR for our company!
