Position Overview:We are a start up E-Commerce retailer focusing on the latest accessories located in the fashion district. We are seeking a head of user acquisition to lead our digital marketing team. Reporting directly to the Founders, this position will be responsible for increasing brand visibility, driving traffic to the site, and guiding our customer acquisition strategy. We are looking for a self starter who is passionate about the consumer experience and are constantly looking for creative ways to grow and engage our customers.Responsibilities (not limited to the following): Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive site traffic, revenue and conversions. These initiatives are but are not limited to affiliate marketing, on-site messaging, search marketing, paid social, brand partnerships, and retargeting.Work on new marketing partnerships, uncovering new pockets of growth, testing new channels and new offers.Oversee and develop email marketing, testing, and subscriber acquisition.Work closely with other members of our marketing team, along with Merchandising and Creative, constantly developing visual assets and contributing to the communication strategies for customers to maintain the Naccessories.com brand and content.Define, develop and monitor reports to assess and optimize effectiveness of marketing initiatives.Experience and Skills:Experience working with digital marketing for a retail ecommerce website.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong analytical skills to measure program performance and understand program key performance indicators.Fully understands how to utilize Google analytics.Professional, efficient, organized, detail oriented, have exceptional follow-through and thrive in a fast-paced environmentMust be able to adapt to ever changing workloads and work well within the team environmentSelf-motivated and takes initiative.
