This fun and rewarding cross functional position will be a prime contributor to Matchirl’s Digital Solution Agency’s branding, client outreach, acquisition and communication objectives. Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, this role collaborates with key cross-functional teams (sales, content, designers, project managers, executives etc.) and plays a key leadership role in crafting strategy and execution at the lead acquisition phase of Matchirl’s customer lifecycle funnel.With our fast-paced cross functional start-up culture, you will be the face of the company, managing communications in both directions as a digital-savvy employee. What You’ll Be DoingCreate campaign specific inbound calls, emails and web requests and captures lead and opportunity information into a CRMProspects existing or new customers via cold calls, emails and client visits to create new leads and opportunitiesMeet and exceed individual daily, weekly and monthly activity and lead acquisition goalsAct as a public-facing representative of Matchirl products and servicesProvide meaningful feedback to the product team on the community’s sentiment, concerns and suggestionsContent Creation such as writing blog posts, articles, newsletters, communications materials, and materials for social media channelsSocial media marketing such as creating, managing and growing the company’s presence through blogs, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other relevant social media channelsEvents attendance and event planning such as attending industry events such as small business gatherings, digital themed conferencesPublic relations such as managing incoming media requests and building relationships with industry journalists, creating, executing and measuring media campaignsCustomer Relations and support via phone, e-mail, and social mediaCreate strategic Communications/marketing strategy to provide direction for the company’s public-facing communicationsUse Google Analytics, Twilio, Social Media platforms and other measurement and acquisition tools to provide reports on metrics, and continually improve metrics through testingExperience with Email Marketing Platforms (Infusionsoft, Mailchimp, Instant Customer, Constant Contact, etc)Contribute to Business development and salesManage domestic and foreign SEO, SEM, SM, design and development teams to execute campaign strategiesSet up, QA and run A/B tests using Optimizely, Unbounce, or equivalentEnsure tests get up and running, and willing and able to help product and marketing team interpret results and present them to management without biasWho We Are Looking ForBachelors Degree in business, marketing, economics, engineering or equivalent work experienceDigital marketing experience preferredOutgoing personality is a must, must be comfortable introducing yourself to strangersMust have great writing skills, since you will be developing contentMust have an interest in the digital agency and software development industryPrioritizes work, works with limited guidance on projects within defined criteria and provides solutions to a diverse range of moderately complex projects.Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practicesExperience with Facebook advertising, Youtube, Gmail, Instagram advertising, Twitter advertising and LinkedIn advertisingAn expert working knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, G+, YouTube and Instagram) and social media listening tools like Radian6 and BuzzlogicExperience managing multiple online campaignsKeyword research, analysis, and implementationCRM Management (Salesforce preferred)Experience navigating Wordpress CMSExperience with Google AdWords, Bing Ads and Facebook AdvertisingTracking analytics and metrics (Google, YouTube, FB) to gain insights and drive business decisionsStrong quantitative and analytical problem-solving, with an ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced startup environmentThe ability to pick up technology quicklyStrong project management instinct, prioritize with bias to deliver on timeInstinct and passion for data, testing, and experimentation, with a desire to be on the cutting edge of marketing tacticsAbility to communicate and work effectively with distributed team members, as part of a global team
