Email Marketing CoordinatorTransamerican Auto Parts is a multi-national, multi-channel distributor (retail, Wholesale, e-commerce and catalog) of aftermarket automotive parts as well as a manufacturer of several branded product lines. We are seeking a Dynamic Email Marketing Coordinator to join our team! The Email Marketing Coordinator will assist the Email Marketing Manager in the planning and execution of the TAP email program(s). Additionally, the Email Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for promotional set up and testing. The Email Marketing Coordinator will work closely with creative services assure timely and accurate campaign execution. The Email Marketing Coordinator will work closely with other marketing specialists, product experts, web designers and developers, managers and others to produce, update, and maintain all campaign assets. If you are an enthusiastic, goal-oriented individual with expertise in all areas of campaign management and deployment, then we are looking for you.This position will be located at our corporate office in Compton, California in the Greater Los Angeles area.Key ResponsibilitiesAssists in the day to day management of marketing campaigns;Partners with cross-functional teams to establish accuracy checkpoints;Performs promotional set up and QA testing;Collaborates with multi-functional team of designers, web developers, and writers;Minimum RequirementsBachelor’s degree is preferred;Must have at least 2 years of Quality Assurance Process experience;Familiarity with the automotive aftermarket industry is preferred;Must have a strong design background as it relates to email marketing;Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills;Microsoft Office proficiency (including Outlook; Word; Excel and PowerPoint);Ability to manage projects and tight deadlines;Exceptional time management skills and attention to detailExperience in managing email deployment and campaign setup is preferred;Experience in data entry and quality assurance testing is preferred;Email platform experience with Listrak or other large volume ESPs is preferred;Transamerican Auto Parts is an equal opportunity employer, and is proud of our diverse employee population.
