Ideal candidate must also be able to do the following: · Assist attorney with drafting and preparation of trusts, wills, and related estate planning documents;· Handle all aspects of settlement of decedent's estate including drafting and preparation of notices, transfer documents for real and personal properties, and reviewing and analyzing will and trust provisions;· Draft and prepare petitions for probate, conservatorship, spousal property, and trust administration matters and supporting documents;· Draft correspondence and reports; and· Candidate must also be able to provide administrative relief and assistance to team members including front office and telephone coverage on as needed basis.
