Description:
Branch office of a national law firm has an urgent need for an experienced Trust Administration paralegal. This firm handles prominent cases for high net worth and celebrity clients. They are looking for the best of the best. This firm is willing to consider someone with exclusively post-death experience OR someone with a combination of post death and estate planning experience. The following are the criteria for this position:

-5+ years of trust administration paralegal experience working in a law firm environment
-Strong client contact experience
-Heavy court experience
-Prepararation of estate tax returns (706)
-Excellent written and oral communication skills
-Post-death experience is a MUST
-Ability to draft estate planning documents is desirable
-Experience handling post-death trust administration and probate matters

*A paralegal certificate and/or a signed declaration from an attorney is necessary
