Well established, prestigious law firm seeking a corporate transactional legal secretary for their Los Angeles offices. This position will support a partner and two associates in the firm’s busy corporate practice. Qualified candidates will have strong experience handling a wide range of corporate and finance transactions. Excellent technical skills such as redlining and revising documents and document management are sought. Other duties will include making travel arrangements, calendaring, client communications and other administrative duties as needed. Must be able to pay close attention to detail and possess superior organizational and communication skills. At least 3 years of corporate experience in a well-respected law firm are needed. Salary is commensurate with experience.
