A prestigious Los Angeles law firm with offices across the United States is looking for a new associate attorney with 3-6 years' experience in finance, banking, and secured lending litigation.

The ideal candidate must have graduated from a top tier law school and have worked for well-respected law firm(s) thus far.

Experience drafting, structuring and negotiating credit documents is imperative.
