United Imaging has launched an aggressive growth initiative for the Document Solution's Division.We are looking for experienced TOSHIBA certified Lead Field Technician to join the team.ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for installation, maintenance, configuration, troubleshooting and repair of TOSHIBA Copier equipment. This position requires technical skills, people skills, and a flexible schedule. Work is performed in the field at customer site along with assembly of equipment in the office.Experience:• Certification with TOSHIBA.• A+, MCSE certification preferred.• Ability to work with little supervision.• Must be reliable and demonstrate flexibility (Evenings and Weekends).• Willingness to travel in Southern California between sites• Willingness to work with end users and management to resolve difficult issue at times while under tight time constraints.• Team-oriented.• Ability to diagnose/troubleshoot on various technologies.• Proven customer service skills.• Must reside in Los Angeles• 2+ years related experience with installing, upgrading and repairing equipment.• Intermediate computer literacy and knowledge of computer hardware and printers.If you are positive, self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and proven history of success, we would like to hear from you.
