We are growing rapidly and we are looking to expand our sales team with additional Account Executives. An Account Executive (AE) is responsible for product and service sales to new and existing customers. An AE can work from home or our Austin office and in most cases product demonstrations are done online and business can be closed over the phone. Any new Account Executive will be joining the Advantage team at a very opportune time to share in our ongoing success.ResponsibilitiesProspect for and follow-up on prospect and customer opportunitiesConsult prospects on where/how our products will benefit their needsArrange for or provide product demonstrations (online).Work closely with Sales Engineers to present products and solutionsGenerate proposalsEnter/track opportunities in our CRM systemOccasionally attend trade shows and conferencesClose business (overcome objections, negotiate contracts, etc.)Report weekly sales activity and attend sales team meetingsLiaison with other departments, as needed, to help ensure customer successWork as part of a sales team (Team goals, individual goals, and shared commissions)RequirementsRestaurant and Technology experience requiredPoint-of-Sale system experience and/or Restaurant Management experience required5 years sales experience with a successful track recordUnderstanding of cost accounting principles a plusUnderstanding of financial accounting principles a plusUnderstanding of workforce management a plusGood communication skillsFriendly and comfortable with prospective and existing customersAbility to interact and liaison well with other departments and outside resourcesSome travel to restaurant tradeshows or conferences in North America.Compensation (exact amounts will vary based on experience)Base SalaryCommissionBonusOur team concepts results in immediate commission sharing
