We are currently searching for a dynamic Director of Product Marketing to join our senior management operating team. The Director of Product Marketing develops product and market strategies that position the company to achieve long term growth. Continually identify and assess new markets, product and technology opportunities and ensure resources are in place to drive marketing strategy and capitalize on opportunities.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:· Serve as a key and active member of the senior management operating team· Provide leadership for the development of strategic marketing plans including objectives and strategy for· expansion of The MLS™ geographic area (organic growth)· Manage competitive MLS threat· Help The MLS™ continue to strive for excellence and ensure that strategic priorities are addressed· Ensure the development of all strategic product roadmaps and corresponding marketing plans· Analyze existing product and markets in terms of the ability to compete, gain market share, grow revenue and sustain or grow profitability· Establish metrics for the measurement of marketing program effectiveness· Develop and manage the marketing budget· Responsible for the overall management of the marketing team providing coaching, leadership and assistance with resources and strategy developmentQualifications:Minimum1. Education & Experience· BA/BS Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business or related field· 10+ years sales & marketing experience, preferably in the real estate industry· 5+ years in a leadership position· Experience in strategic planning and collaboration with executive, sales, product development and keyOperational groups· Proven success and track record as an individual contributor and manager who has grown top line resultsLeadership Skills:· High level of personal and professional integrity and trustworthiness with strong work ethic and the abilityto work independently with minimal direction· Excellent communications and presentation skills· Ability to develop and manage at high performance team focused on accountability and meeting and exceeding expectations· Strategic, critical but creative thinker, strong business sense· Ability to lead, create and work within cross-functional team environments· Senior level marketing professional with a proven track record of success managing complex sales scenarios· Knowledge and experience in negotiating and developing deal point documents, letters of intent and customeralliance contractsPreferred:· MBA or other relevant advanced degree· Sales background a plus
