A company is seeking a Bilingual Japanese/English Project Manager(Handset Application Development Project) in I.T Industry with knowledge of basic to advanced IT systems. Certifications such as PMP or any of IT certification is a major plus. Must be able to speak, read, and write Japanese. This is a Full Time position with excellent benefits including 401k. Interviews start Now.
Duties:
-Lead and manage a project of system – application development and upgrade for customers
-Communication with customers, development team, and vendors as project manager by using excellent communication, planning, and management skills.
-Post and go live support-development of operation and plan, provide and comprehend system, sales and meeting information.
-Create system and document and provide technical product advices and consultations for the development and implementation of customer solutions.
-Perform planning, presentation, documentation, deployment, and maintenance of systems, infrastructures, servers, and applications.
-Analyze current systems and customer needs.
- Prepare proposal and technical materials for a team and customers.
- Determining tasks, deliverable and developing timelines.
- Outline reporting and cross check measurement standards
-Support and communicate with third parties to conduct the projects and identify customer and product needs, and proactively solve customer issues.
-Plan, control and manage a project including budget and cost control and ensure competitive offer that will maximize revenue.
-Support and communicate with third parties to conduct the projects.
-Assist customers, users and team members proactively as a member of the team and help others.
-Understand what users need and provide necessary information and make arrangement and maintain high-level service.
-Responsible for completing all job functions by specified time and for maintaining cleanness and safety at work site.
-Performs other duties as assigned by management and learn and understand the importance of business service.
-Do whatever necessary to get the job done on a timely basis. Be willing and able to do as much or more than you ask of upper management, and explore and exploit opportunities for cost savings and maximizing efficiency and control.
-Maintain a positive working environment, keep a high morale and maintain high ethical and moral standards.
-Assist company, branches and departments for them to promote sales and to expand all revenue opportunities and increase profit.
-Customer loyalty. Understands customer needs with development of a dedicated team to focus on responses with positive attitudes.
-Ability to perform other duties as assigned by management whatever necessary to get the job done on a timely basis. Be willing and able to do as much or more than asked by management.
Skills:
-Speak, Read, and Write Japanese
-Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and experience telematics and hand-free set & smart phone application development.
-Strong oral and written communication skills with professional presentation skills (interface with users and management)
-Presentation & documentation skill using MS Word and Excel and Visio.
-Knowledge of basic to advanced IT systems (ranging from Client systems to servers)
-Adaptable to execute long term project to deploy enterprise Systems and applications
-Experience with Project management or system design and or architecture
-Experience working with overseas team
-Certifications such as PMP or any of IT certification is a major plus
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain in a fast paced, demanding environment.
-Comfortable in multicultural work environment.
-Outside sales experience for existing and new clients.
Compensation: $60K-$80k with Excellent Benefits including 401k.
