Pasadena based Human Resource Management Consulting/Recruiting Firm has established client relationship with major multi-national(USA) and international firms. We also have strong ties through-out the USA (including Hawaii) and International countries such as Japan, China, Europe, Mexico and Korea .
We currently have three positions available. Position will involve account management of several key accounts; involving interviewing, researching candidates through our database and internetas well as conventional recruiting techniques. Strong business negotiation skills required. Interface with corporate clients and candidates(college graduate to management level.)
Specialties: International Business, Entertainment, Manufacturing, Import/Export, Oil & Gas, Energy, Telecommunications, Electronics, Automotive, Insurance, Travel-Airline, Medical Device, Food & Beverage, Human Resources, Engineering (Design, Application or Sales), translation(Japanese, Spanish or Chinese Languages,) Management Consulting-Big 4, Engineering & Computer Science, Sales & Marketing and Accounting.
Job Requirements
*Candidates must be organized, self-starter, flexible and have great people skills.
*Experience in interviewing, human resources, inside marketing/sales or recruiting a big plus.
*Excellent communication skills.
*Computer literate-however, will consider training.
*College degree or relevant work experience.
*Team-oriented individual.
