A company is seeking a Bilingual Japanese/English Credit Officer with a BA, BS or 2-3 years of equivalent work experience with standard knowledge of cash flow, financial accounting, credit analysis and documentation required. With strong Credit underwriting and credit analysis experience preferred! Must speak, read, and write Japanese language skill. This is a non-exempt position with Bonus, excellent benefits including 401k. Interviews start Now!
Duties:
-Responsible for underwriting of small and less complex commercial credits by performing due diligence, financial spread and credit analysis, and complete credit recommendation package.
-Responsible for credit monitoring, maintenance and backup support in absence of Credit Associate and Credit Assistant, as needed.
70% - Prepare financial spreadsheets, perform financial analysis, and search facility usages utilizing various bank programs. Prepare preliminary credit recommendation package for CAT I credit to be reviewed by credit executive for accuracy and appropriateness. Complete formal credit recommendation package for CAT II and III credit.
20% - Manage, monitor and maintain assigned accounts relationship of a less complex nature. Approval must be obtained prior to expiration of credit facility.
10% - Provide backup support for department personnel in other areas as requested.
Skills:
-Standard knowledge of cash flow, financial accounting, credit analysis and documentation required.
-Must speak, read, and write Japanese language skill.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze corporate credit transactions.
- Effective listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
-Typically requires a BA, BS or 2 - 3 equivalent work experience.

Compensation:60-70K(non exempt) with bonus, excellent benefits including 401K
