  • Well established, luxury-lifestyle, restaurant brand and catering company is seeking an extremely organized, efficient, and creative Executive Assistant for the owner of a restaurant, venue space, and catering division in Santa Monica, CA. Even though this is an administrative position, the candidate will be exposed to, learn about, and become an integral part of growing a prominent brand in the HOSPITALITY and EVENT PLANNING industries.The ideal candidate should be professional, a multi-tasker, have strong professional writing skills, a positive attitude, and thrive while wearing many hats. Task management, organization, prioritizing, and experience scheduling are a must. The new hire will also assist the company owner with project management; there could be opportunities for the candidate to be introduced to field experience with high profile clients that wouldn't necessarily be granted so quickly at other large hospitality companies. The owner of this award-winning event venue/restaurant must feel confident in the Executive Assistant's ability to help in developing and upholding the owner's vision in various aspects.The candidate must also have very proficient language skills, both written and spoken. Executive Assistant will be acting as a liaison for the owner, which will include relationships between clients, vendors, and influential corporate professionals. They must be a capable and confident representative of the owner, the hospitality brand, and the company.This position will be a great fit for an individual who is sharp, motivated, and eager to bring their talents to the table.The candidate should be extremely organized and have a flexible schedule to accommodate for last-minute, and sometimes spontaneous assignments and deadlines. In the hospitality industry, curve balls can be thrown by a client, so the team, including the candidate for this position, must be able to think on their feet and navigate effectively to get the job done in time. They must be able to meet multiple deadlines on tight schedules and possess excellent attention to detail. This will be essential for personal assignments and also team project managing.
