Restaurant Manager position available with an Upper End-casual concept and are looking for the right individual to help grow this Multi-Million dollar operation. The Restaurant Manager will be expected to oversee high volume service operations, mentor management and hourly staff, staff schedules, direct contact with inventory control, beverage/labor cost, and service sanitation.
This position requires hands on guidance to plan the daily work load of all FOH members, write schedules for the present volume of business and peak periods, place orders, develop pars, receive truck deliveries and properly date and rotate product. Restaurant Manager must demonstrate high expectations and hold FOH staff accountable for delivering AWESOME service.
Restaurant Manager Candidate must be currently or very recently employed as a Restaurant Manager.
Candidate will also have good tenure and stability, no more than two jobs in five years. We are looking for at least 2 million in volume experience.
Strong salary base $55-60K plus great bonus structure
