FIELD RECRUITER - Los Angeles Area Sourcing of candidates for various restaurant positions including crew members, shift leaders, assistant managers, and general managers by utilizing various sourcing methods (i.e. employee referrals, online searches, postings, job/career fairs, local universities, technical/vocational schools, networking) to develop a ready candidate pipeline(s).Implement a selection/interview process and conduct candidate interviewsImplement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidatesWork closely with management in a training capacity for best practices in selection and interviewingTravel up to 90% of the time in the Los Angeles area REQUIREMENTS2+ years recruiting in a high volume settingKnowledge and application of related employment laws and practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiativeExcellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow throughProficient in Microsoft Office, including ExcelSelf-starter with the ability to work independently with little supervisionAbility to manage multiple tasks/deadlines in a fast paced environmentBi-lingual English/Spanish is highly preferred Competitive salary, great benefits, bonus potential are available for the right individual.
