You will be the director of the kitchen and the culinary specialist who will keep our kitchen in pristine operating conditions. This will be a multi concept role, where the Executive Chef oversees our team of Sous Chefs, Special Events & Catering, along with two other restaurant concepts in our facility. The Executive Chef will be the head trainer of a talented group of BOH employees, will be responsible for hiring, training, developing and retaining the very best in the industry, train them in the latest menu rollouts, and develop their strengths.
