Heavy hitter, multi-concept hospitality & entertainment group is looking for a sharp Director of Operations as they grow their brands.The DO will be responsible for two chef-driven, modern organic restaurant concepts that are currently all in the Los Angeles area, but will soon be expanding to San Diego & Miami! Also looking at additional locations across the nation = lots of growth potential!This is a very important NEW role for the company and will primarily focus on developing and designing systems and SOP’s for each concept. Will also involve implementing and replicating the systems at new locations. The role will be based in Los Angeles and will require travel (Metro LA & San Diego focus).Additional qualifications/requirements:· Prior high level fine dining & multi venue oversight· Multi-unit opening experience· Well versed in all FOH positions & responsibilities· An array of knowledge of all types of hospitality – fine-dining, fine-casual, nightlife, upscale fast-casual· A systematic approach to management· Capability to design systems, not just execute them· Excellent communicator· Hands-on operational style· Knows how to effectively & respectfully coach & develop team members· Vibrant personality· Level-headed & calm under pressure· Solid career growthOffering a base salary $100-120k + quarterly bonus, medical benefits, and cell phone/care mileage allowance.Please apply by replying with a resume.
