Here we go!...It’s Angela “Havik” Mims your Fitness Specialist. I am offering even more classes to fit any schedule, I realized the best way for me and client’s to both be happy is to OFFER MORE CLASSES ON-SITE AND OFF-SITE.
How's it going? Holding or losing ground? Are you loosing weight and keeping it off email me or send me a text so i can "stalk you" suggest changes to speed up fat loss. For me...it's hard too...but my "WHY" is huge. The reason I want to stay lean and look good year round, besides my big fat head :). is that it really, really improves my quality of life!. Haven't been sick in years. NOW...my clothes from 25 years ago still fit...if I had them in the closet, but i got rid of them before because i needed "my bulking phase clothes" that's code for "I'm fatter now, so I had to get bigger sizes" Stay in shape, look and feel your best. Your love life, your professional life and your mental state of mind will ROCK!
