We are seeking a marketing candidate to execute on customer acquisition efforts related to our rapidly growing venture-backed business. This person will be highly analytical and will drive marketing initiatives including social media advertising, SEM, SEO, retargeting, affiliate, display and other channels.As Customer Acquisition Manager, you will brainstorm on questions including: In what marketing mediums will Jaanuu receive the highest ROAS? What tactical strategies and A/B testing should be implemented to counter cart abandonment and bounce rates? What tailored, customized strategies can be deployed to increase CTRs and conversion?Responsibilities:Strategize on all user acquisition efforts at JaanuuDeploy strategy based on select KPIs to increase new customer base while increasing conversion ratesCoordinate with design and engineering team to deliver engaging, timely and tailored contentSynthesize real-time captured data of preferences and form strategy around customer segments and cohortsQualifications:Bachelor’s Degree from a top university1-3+ years of marketing experienceProven customer acquisition campaigns and digital marketing expertise (lead gen, conversion, media buying and placement)Determined work ethic coupled with intellectual motivationStrong, data-driven mentality to identify key avenues for growth
