Prominent, well established staffing firm specializing in Property Management is currently seeking skilled candidates for MAINTENANCE, PORTER, PAINTER and SIGN HOLDER roles through our Property Management Division.
For maintenance roles HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry experience, or general HANDYMAN experience a big plus...must have own tools and reliable transportation. For porters, janitorial experience a plus. Experienced painters also needed.
Sign Holders or Human Directionals need to be dependable and energetic!
We offer temporary, temporary-to-hire and direct hire placement for qualified individuals. We provide temporary coverage for a vast array of apartment communities across Los Angeles and Ventura county.

Professional appearance

Must be willing to submit to and pass a comprehensive drug/toxicology screening test
