The installation coordinator/operations admin assistant will center around the correct execution and delivery of all Projects. This will include installed projects, as well as those being shipped or turn-keyed. Lastly, this position will assist in the updating of the production schedule.Duties:Maintain install schedule, and update installers as to their work scheduleContact customers to let them know install scheduleCreate install packets each day with all pertinent informationUpdate production report for meetings on Monday and ThursdayReceive install packets back from installers, turn in for billing, and place photos in filesKit each job prior to being installed, including making sure ALL components are gathered in one locationOversee all turn-key jobs by following up with the vendors bi-weekly to see the status of the jobs and installation scheduleShip jobs to customer, confirming that correct product is sent in a timely fashion/mannerDistribute drawings with quality inspection forms to shop department supervisors/leadsReconcile sales with accounting monthly
