A company is seeking for Bilingual Japanese/English Optional Tour Staff candidates. Must speak, read, and write Japanese. There are Full Time and Part Time positions available. Full Time candidates must be able to work over time on weekends when needed. This is a Monday-Friday position, non exempt, with excellent benefits including 401k (Benefits for Full Time Employees Only!). Interviews Start Now!
Duties:
-Coordinate and communicate with Hotel, Airlines, and Vendors for their customers.
-Contacting Vendors and coordinate necessary ground arrangements.
-Make reservations such as Hotels, Restaurants, and Transportation using Microsoft Word and Excel.
-Input information using computer system.
-Perform other required duties and/or assignments as needed.
-Report to Manager.
Skills:
-Must be able to Speak, Read, and Write Japanese.
-Able to use Microsoft Word and Excel.
-Full Time: Able to work Over Time during Weekends as needed.
-Excellent Customer Service skills.
-Phone Etiquette.
Compensation: $27 - $30K, Non Exempt, with excellent benefits including 401k (Benefits for Full Time Employees Only!)
