The key to our growth has been our management staff; we've developed some of the most talented Managers in the industry. Many of our leaders have come through the ranks. With over a thousand restaurants across the globe, there is ample opportunity for talented leaders to shine.

To maintain our growth in the family dining realm, we're looking for people that can lead and develop a strong team. At the moment, we are looking for a General Manager in the Los Angeles area. This person should have an eye for talent, strong work ethic, and drive to succeed.

REQUIREMENTS

* 3+ years of current Full Service Restaurant General Manager experience
* High volume background; must have GM experience in restaurants doing over $2 million in sales per year
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
* Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees Managers
* Ability to increase sales and build rapport across the region

Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 + benefits/bonus packages
