A company is seeking a Bilingual Japanese/English Food & Beverage Manager with managerial experience in Restaurant, Hotel Restaurant business or Golf Course Restaurant business. Must be able to speak read, and write Japanese. Applicants must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays (This is a 5 days a week position which include Saturdays and Sundays with two days off during the week). Must have an Associates or four year College Degree. Interviews start NOW!
Duties:
-Manage and schedule full time and part time employees of restaurant.
- Inventory control food and beverage.
-Report to Management and have meetings in HQ
-Organizing, directing, and evaluating food and beverage service
-Recruiting and training staff; scheduling shifts; managing performance
-Negotiating supplier arrangements for food and beverage products.
Skills:
- Must Speak, Read, and Write Japanese
-Managerial experience in Restaurant, Hotel Restaurant business or Golf Course Restaurant business.
-Must have an A.A Degree or four year degree.
-Detail-oriented
-Excellent organizational and communication skills
-A self-starter who can lead and deliver projects at a high level.
Compensation: 50k-55k, (Exempt) with benefits.
