Under guidance, provides day-to-day administrative and technical support to an assigned group of commercial property and casualty prospects/customers. Duties include: responding to prospect/customer inquiries and requests for information; processing applications and renewals; routine invoicing and tracking receivables, checking documents for accuracy; inputting data; maintaining files; assembling documents and preparing materials for meetings with customers and prospects. May assist with resolving accounting discrepancies and marketing efforts.Team members support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company. They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit’s risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements. Required Qualifications 1+ year of insurance experience Desired Qualifications Basic Microsoft Office skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracy skillsGood verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsEffective organizational, multi tasking, and prioritizing skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels; where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are importantAbility to follow policies, procedures, and regulations Other Desired Qualifications Property &Casualty Broker License 2-3 years P&C Commercial Account Rep (or equivalent) experience, including issuance of certificates of insurance, invoicing, endorsement processing, premium finance quotes, loss run requests, file set-up, and basic proposal set-up Experience with agency management system, preferably Nexsure Job Expectations Designated insurance license requirements must be completed within 180 days of hire date.
