The Senior Business Partner's primary purpose is to deliver tactical and strategic human resources solutions to client organizations by developing a deep understanding of the clients' business/service model. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to manage a large client load of 1000+ employees. This role will be responsible for the development of HR initiatives that directly enable the client organization to achieve their business goals. The Sr. HRBP will have experience providing effective solutions to employee/manager conflicts; Coaching, Counseling, and Progressive discipline; Investigations; Management coaching; Performance management; Compensation; Project management and strong problem solving ability. Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Minimum Experience: 8-10 years of progressive Human Resources generalist experience. Extensive knowledge of Employee Relations, Labor Relations and CA Labor Law. Healthcare or Academia background preferred. Previous supervisory experience preferred.License, Registration or Certification: PHR or SPHR preferred.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
