This four pound guy is a real doll baby! Rosco is a cuddler and a kisser - and because of his small size, he'd fit great in a puppy purse for travel. Rosco is friendly both with humans and dogs, but because of his petite stature, no toddlers and big dog companions, please!
Rosco is not a barker. He is very playful and loves companionship. He tolerates high energy dogs and puppies pretty well. Rosco is quite the adventurer. He loves to run and explore any chance he gets. If you're looking for a buddy to 'pound the pavement' with, Rosco is your go-to guy! He'd make a great companion for another small dog, go to work in a canine-friendly office or even be a 'one and only' for someone.
Little Rosco is now neutered, up to date on his shots including rabies, microchipped, and licensed for the County of Ventura.
TLC is a foster-based rescue which also owns a rescue-only pet shop located in the Simi Valley Mall - 1555 Simi Towne Center Drive, #587 (between Verizon and Sliders), Simi Valley, CA

* All TLC dogs and puppies will be microchipped.
* All TLC dogs and puppies will be licensed for the County of Ventura, transferable to the new owner only if a resident of the county.
