This is our favorite kind of dog to rescue... Mr. Tubbs is a chunky monkey that loves everyone, be it two feet or four paws. Why he ended up in the shelter system is beyond us, but he is a major sugar pie! Not a barker, but a socializer extraordinaire, Mr. Tubbs likes to investigate everything going on around him... at least for a few sniffs, maybe some licks and if warranted, a few kisses to boot! Everyone that spends time with Mr. Tubbs falls in love with this little guy. Mr. Tubbs would make a great family pet for someone who has respectful children, a companion for another small dog or even a 'go-to-work' in a canine-friendly office environment. He's active, but not too active... friendly, but not a major 'kissy-face, in your face' kind of guy... and he is a happy, happy soul.
Mr. Tubbs is neutered, up to date on his shots (including rabies) and licensed for the County of Ventura. He also qualifies for Black Dog Friday 20% Discount. If you are not prepared to fall in love with Mr. Tubbs, don't stop by the rescue shop in the mall - he is that endearing (and LOVES belly rubs)!~ TLC is a foster-based rescue which also owns a rescue-only pet shop located in the Simi Valley Mall - 1555 Simi Towne Center Drive, #587 (between Verizon and Sliders), Simi Valley, CA

* All TLC dogs and puppies will be microchipped.
* All TLC dogs and puppies will be licensed for the County of Ventura, transferable to the new owner only if a resident of the county.
