Cocker Spaniel - Scooby Doo - Medium - Young - Male - Dog
Male - Brown - 22#s - 8 yrs young This brown boy like his Cartoon counterpart is just a riot! Scared of his own shadow this little guy needs alot of TLC and nurturing. Scooby Doo slightly suffers from separation anxiety and can be an escape artist if left to his own devices but is very trainable for those experienced Cocker households. Looking for a family to spend lots of time and shower him with attention. He is housetrained and does respond to obience commands but needs a brush up. He is a very submissive Male but definitely prefers to be the only pet in the household. He does tolerate fellow K9 companionship and may be okay with another submissive Female of the same breed. His ideal new family will either work from home, be a stay at home parent, will take him to the office with them, or be retired Seniors. He makes a great companion and cuddlebug and is a furniture boy. He will sleep with his new owner and cradle them at nighttime. He is very sensitive to touch but is getting lots better as he was previously beaten with a stick. He needs a household with either OLDER kids or ADULT only who has lots of patience and can work with him to bring out his sweet personality. He loves people but cowers out of fear of being hurt again. His heart is as big as the world itself and he will give any new family lots of love and affection.
