A company is seeking a bilingual Japanese/English candidate for Customer Service position must be able to speak read and write Japanese. This is a full time position Monday through Sunday with 3 different available shifts. Candidate MUST be able to work weekends and holidays with some over time (this position is 5 days a week, candidate can take 2 days off during weekdays). Taking care of Customer Service including troubleshooting
Communicate with other departments for the customer
Assist tourist with information
Make reservations for group tours such as hotels, restaurants, etc.
Associates Degree or higher
Basic PC Skills (Word, Excel) required
Must speak, read, and write Japanese
Must be responsible
Compensation: $27k-$30k (non exempt position) with Shift Allowances
