A company is seeking a bilingual Japanese/English candidate for Customer Service position must be able to speak read and write Japanese. This is a full time position Monday through Sunday with 3 different available shifts. Candidate MUST be able to work weekends and holidays with some over time (this position is 5 days a week, candidate can take 2 days off during weekdays). Duties:
Taking care of Customer Service including troubleshooting
Communicate with other departments for the customer
Assist tourist with information
Make reservations for group tours such as hotels, restaurants, etc.
Skills:
Associates Degree or higher
Basic PC Skills (Word, Excel) required
Must speak, read, and write Japanese
Good Communication
Must be responsible
Compensation: $27k-$30k (non exempt position) with Shift Allowances
