A company is seeking a Bilingual Japanese/English Customer Service Representatives long term-temp (6 months which might extend longer). The person has to work Saturday and Sunday and will take two days off. Business hours are Monday to Sunday 9-5 and/or 12-8. Must speak, read, and write Japanese language skill. Interviews start NOW!
-Contact clients on the phone and through email.
-Customer support regarding services such as application and inquiries, and data process accordingly to the procedure.
-Handle trouble shooting with outside vendors utilizing project management skill
-Must speak, read, and write Japanese language.
-Basic MS Word and Excel
-Excellent communication skills.
